Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our technical support or customer service team via our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, power adapters, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

    Label and Ship

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to our designated returns facility using a trackable carrier.

    Verification and Refund
